Individual & Dyadic Supervision

Individual and dyadic supervision offers a focused, relational space to deepen your clinical work while staying grounded in your own wellbeing as a therapist. Rebecca brings a trauma-informed, integrative lens that supports both skill development and self-of-therapist growth, helping you build confidence, clarity, and sustainability in your practice.

This format is well suited for therapists seeking personalized support around case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, nervous system regulation, and integrating new interventions in a way that feels aligned and authentic.

Format: Virtual
Fee: $150/hour (individual) or $75/hour per person (dyadic)

Group Supervision

Group supervision is designed to counter the isolation that so often accompanies clinical work by fostering collaboration, shared learning, and mutual support. These trauma-focused groups create space to think together, reflect honestly, and normalize the challenges of therapeutic practice.

Rebecca facilitates with warmth and intention, encouraging thoughtful discussion around best practices, self-care and burnout prevention, expanding clinical confidence, and adapting interventions to meet clients where they truly are. Topics are shaped by the needs and interests of the group, allowing each circle to evolve organically.
