There are several ways we can work together. Some people arrive here with a clear intention and choose an Intensive a longer, in person 3–5 hour session designed to go deeper, with space to slow down, follow what unfolds, and stay with the work when it becomes tender. Others arrive curious about specific approaches and prefer to engage more à-la-carte. Both are welcome here. During an Intensive, we begin with a pre-session virtual intake to explore what you’re drawn to and how different interventions may support you. Some modalities are offered only within an Intensive, while others can stand alone you’ll find those options below.

  • Trauma-Informed Therapy

The goal is to use safe relationship and conversation to explore challenges, patterns and engage in the development of goals that move you towards the day to day life that you are craving.  This can involve exploration of your past, internal world and systems that you engage with.

  • Meditation

Bringing attention to present moment awareness and asking the brain to refocus where you desire is a practice that takes repetition and time.  For a brain that has experienced trauma it can be incredibly difficult to approach meditation without support.  We can take time in session to practice together and find guided or movement based mediations that allow you to explore a new way of engaging your system.

  • Yoga

Choice, agency and curiosity are at the heart of this intervention.  No yoga experience is necessary.  We will practice together with the focus being on your noticing your own internal experience without judgement.

  • Art

Creative interventions like journaling, neurodoodles, and general mess making allow for expression of self that words may not be able to capture.  This is not at all about perfection or a finished product but rather engaging in the process of creating without pressure.

  • Breathwork*

Exploration of different breath work techniques to induce calm and/or non ordinary states of consciousness.

  • Hypnosis*

This altered state of awareness, perception or consciousness can allow for inner absorption, concentration and focus.  It is a highly relaxed state that allows the mind to explore new connections.

  • Reiki*

This hands on or off energy psychology intervention that can allow for clearing of emotional experience and anchoring in their self led energy.  Reiki can be taught for self use and integration outside of sessions.

  • Forest Bathing

Nature based exploration and mindfulness.  Can be guided during in person sessions or reviewed and implemented outside of sessions.  Encourages present moment awareness and reinforcement of the interconnectedness of our world.

*Only offered through in-person intensive sessions.
