Trauma-Informed Therapy
The goal is to use safe relationship and conversation to explore challenges, patterns and engage in the development of goals that move you towards the day to day life that you are craving. This can involve exploration of your past, internal world and systems that you engage with.

Meditation
Bringing attention to present moment awareness and asking the brain to refocus where you desire is a practice that takes repetition and time. For a brain that has experienced trauma it can be incredibly difficult to approach meditation without support. We can take time in session to practice together and find guided or movement based mediations that allow you to explore a new way of engaging your system.

Yoga
Choice, agency and curiosity are at the heart of this intervention. No yoga experience is necessary. We will practice together with the focus being on your noticing your own internal experience without judgement.

Art
Creative interventions like journaling, neurodoodles, and general mess making allow for expression of self that words may not be able to capture. This is not at all about perfection or a finished product but rather engaging in the process of creating without pressure.

Breathwork
Exploration of different breath work techniques to induce calm and/or non ordinary states of consciousness.

Hypnosis
This altered state of awareness, perception or consciousness can allow for inner absorption, concentration and focus. It is a highly relaxed state that allows the mind to explore new connections.

Reiki
This hands on or off energy psychology intervention that can allow for clearing of emotional experience and anchoring in their self led energy. Reiki can be taught for self use and integration outside of sessions.

Forest Bathing
Nature based exploration and mindfulness. Can be guided during in person sessions or reviewed and implemented outside of sessions. Encourages present moment awareness and reinforcement of the interconnectedness of our world.
